The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and helping with transport to local areas. The swimming pool was clean and a nice size for relaxation. the air conditioning required an additional fee and room cleaning was minimal, which could be improved.

i hardly slept due to the extreme noise from the busy street, not to mention the other guests who apparently had no regard for peace. the room was basic at best, with a fridge that froze everything—how charming! oh, and a complimentary welcome gift would’ve been just dandy, but i guess that's too much to ask here.

loved it so much, really good and amazin price, the breakfast was really tasty with fresh options every day, the pool was super clean and a good size, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. they also provide free transport to the beach and airport which was a nice touch!
